Moderating threads and comments

Admins can moderate thread channels in 3 ways:

1. Delete channels, posts, comments, and chats (especially those against community guidelines).

2. Set channels to read-only, which prevents members from making new posts in the channel. They will still have the ability to add comments and reactions on posts.

3. Move threads to different channels.
